I just changed point 12 (about deleted posts not counting). They now count, which will only favor my side as there are lots more deleted posts than just abusive posts. Stack Overflow actually publishes the data on deleted posts and it's under 1% that are deleted for abuse if I recall correctly. I also changed point 13.

There is so much irony in defending Stack Overflow and attempting to tell people it is one of the nicest places on the internet. I have never been on the receiving end of a single toxic comment from the > 1,000 interaction I’ve had on the site.

The only toxic remarks have come from people like you who assume I “might be one of the toxic people”. Imagine that.
