If you read carefully, I am not discounting anyone’s personal experience. I have sympathy for those who’ve had bad experiences. In all likelihood, I would agree with the vast majority of reported negative experiences.

The problem I have is with labeling the entire organization as toxic. This is where I draw the line. If you have a personal experience, you might want to think twice about extrapolating that experience to the rest of us.

All I am refuting is that, it is NOT a toxic wasteland. So, anything less than a toxic wasteland is what I am arguing.

How is it sexism to criticize someone with the word ‘hysterical’. If I quoted a man, and used the same word, would that be sexism as well?

The quote is meant to harm another individual’s reputation is it not? Since its untrue, then its slander.
